A PCA differs from home inspections mainly with the scope of work, specific to the client. We inspect to CCPIA standards, with standard operating procedures that are a combination of IIRCA, ERA, and ADA standards. Depending on the range of services required, we can bring in specialists in various technical areas and conduct thorough research of the property, including ESA Phase 1. We complete a written report with observations, deficiencies, and recommendations. We cost out those items with immediate attention or replacement notes.
